When taking one of these baths, it is important to make sure the water is warmer than room temperature or else it will be much less effective. You can purchase a sitz from any kind of pharmacy.

3-It is important you don’t use the restroom within thirty minutes of having sex

After you and your partner have sex, it is important you do nothing but lay down for at least thirty minutes. The risk of going to the bathroom after sex is to high because you may lose some sperm. Obviously you need as much sperm as possible when trying to conceive a baby.
